As part of a strategic pitch at IMPACT, I designed a concept for an in-store Point of Sale (POS) system for GANNI—one that would bridge the gap between digital and physical retail. The goal was to create an engaging, interactive experience that empowered both customers and sales associates, improving how pre-orders, styling inspiration, and seamless checkout were handled in-store.Working closely with the team, I helped define the overall experience strategy, while taking full ownership of the visual design and user interactions. The result was a concept that blended fashion-forward storytelling with practical in-store functionality, making it easier for customers to explore upcoming drops, create wishlists, and check out effortlessly.
